New Features!

“The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt” – The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath; Sylvia Plath.

So I’ve been racking my brain endlessly to find things to blog about – it becomes increasing difficult to fathom ideas as 1) My brain is fried from work; 2) I’m always exhausted; and 3) My creative mojo has basically shrivelled up and died.

But as I mentioned in the previous post I’ve been somewhat enrolled on the Fundamentals of Blogging course provided by WordPress, and I’ve decided, like day 14 suggests, to start a feature on my blog. I’m going to push the boat out and do 2 but I feel like I can do it.

The first feature is going to be called ‘Mellow Mondays’. Cliche I know but it’s pretty much going to be a weekly post about my new favourite album or song at the time. It might be a short review or just a few words about it but I haven’t decided the final layout. I mean this will be an interesting thing to start as I have always been very opinionated about music, and I listen to music from a broad spectrum of genres so it’ll be fun.

The second feature will be ‘Photography Friday!’ I was considering playing with the name and spelling photography with an F for alliteration purposes but I could see it bothering me every time I glance at a post. If anyone here also follows my second blog Aimotion then you will see some of the pictures I’ve posted on there, but I feel like this could make for a nice feature on the blog as well.

I’m going to leave this post here. I’m tired and I’ve got some things to do around the house before I sleep. The first of each feature will be up starting next week Monday and Friday so stay tuned!

Have an amazing week guys!
